Broadway Construction Group was established in 2013 as a General Contracting and Construction Management firm focused on residential, hospitality, and commercial development projects.

Built on integrity, we quickly established ourselves as a major player in the New York construction industry specializing in ground-up construction and adaptive reuse projects. With over 40 construction professionals, our team has a wide range of experience and active engagements in excess of $400M.

One of our most notable completed projects is the conversion of 5 Beekman Street, a historic 19th century landmark building and mixed-use facility with 287 hotel rooms, 67 residential condos and adjacent 51-story tower overlooking City Hall Park.

As an affiliate of GFI Development Company, a prominent New York City-based Development firm, Broadway Construction Group is uniquely positioned to understand the priorities of owners.
