This position is responsible to assist the project manager with day to day operations of the project including but not limited to the project direction, planning, completion and financial outcome. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and team building skills.
Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree, OR possess equivalent years of related experience. Requires 3+ years of experience in Core/shell and Interior. Previous Hotel experience is a plus but not necessary.
