Construction Management
We provide day-to-day oversight of the shop drawing process and site supervision of trade work execution from mobilization through project turnover and acceptance. We manage, modify, and update schedules as required to ensure interim deliverables and completion dates.

Safety Management
We implement best safety practices and scrutinize every construction activity in strict accordance with DOB and OSHA rules and regulations.

Project Accounting & Reporting
We review and verify work requisitions with the client and their lender and manage the payment process. We monitor costs and prepare/distribute weekly and monthly reports on construction progress and budget tracking.

Quality Assurance & Control
We implement and enforce QA/QC measures to meet all requirements and expectations of the design documents at each phase of construction. We resolve defects/deficiencies and coordinate all corrective/warranty work to mitigate risk and ensure long-term performance.

Contract & Change Order Management
We verify, track, and negotiate contract changes and project variations/additions and swiftly schedule meetings with the client and design team to facilitate new scopes of work.

Close-Out Administration & Commissioning
We develop closing activities schedule with final punch-list, equipment testing/sign offs, and start-up procedures, and conduct site meetings with architects, design engineers and contractors to ensure proper verification, installation and operation of all systems/subsystems prior to handover to end user.

TCO (Temporary Certificates of Occupancy)
We schedule final inspections and sign-offs and secure all required prerequisites from subcontractors in order to timely meet TCO requirements.

Turnover to Owner
We coordinate training sessions for management maintenance staff and obtain all cataloguing of keys, manuals, warranties, as-built documents, lien releases, etc. to ensure smooth turnover and occupancy.
