Scheduling of final inspections and sign-offs.

Contractor Punch Lists
Schedule and resolve all design team, client, owner, and tenant produced punchlists and coordinate all corrective and warranty work.

Turnover to Owner
Coordination of training sessions for management maintenance staff & cataloguing of all keys, manuals, warranties, as-built drawings, plans and specifications, lien releases, etc.
