Excavation Underway At 95 Rockwell Place In Brooklyn
February 12, 2026
95 Rockwell Place ranks No. 30 on New York’s tallest projects under construction. The 489-foot, 38-story mixed-use tower in Fort Greene, Brooklyn—designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by Charney Companies—will feature 158 condominiums averaging 855 square feet, along with 32,568 square feet of commercial space. The former five-story building on the site has been demolished, excavation is underway, and foundation work is expected to begin this winter. The design includes floor-to-ceiling windows, white concrete framing, black metal paneling, staggered trapezoidal balconies, and a multifaceted crown. Completion is anticipated in summer 2027.
