A meaningful final piece is coming together at 1975 Madison. Davis, in partnership with Eloise Capital, is excited to welcome Little Legacy Village Preschool to the ground floor of 1975 Madison, our newly completed residential building in Central Harlem. The lease marks the final component of the project’s completion and brings a family-focused, community-serving use to the building and the broader neighborhood. Little Legacy Village’s new location will be its second in Harlem, expanding access to nurturing and enriching early childhood education for local families. 1975 Madison includes 97 thoughtfully designed residences, including 30 affordable units, along with best-in-class amenities, fully electric systems, and long-term efficiency features that reflect our commitment to creating vibrant, connected places.
