Nevins Landing Complex Update

September 16, 2025

Construction is moving steadily at Nevins Landing, a two-tower residential development rising along the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn. Located at 310–340 Nevins Street (also known as 417 Carroll Street), the 2.3-acre project is being developed by Charney Companies and Tavros Capital, with design by Fogarty Finger.

The 22-story complex consists of Nevins Landing North and Nevins Landing South, together totaling 600,000 square feet and delivering 654 rental units—25 percent of which are designated affordable housing.

Since topping out earlier this year, the project has shifted focus to exterior work. Nevins Landing South, the shorter of the two towers, is now wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows, partially concealed by scaffolding and netting. Its podium is nearly fully clad in light gray brick, with scaffolding starting to come down along the waterfront edge.

To the north, construction at 310 Nevins Street is ongoing. While the western wing of the tower remains under structural work, façade installation is underway on the completed eastern half. Crews have begun fitting windows at the base, while upper floors are being prepped with metal studs and insulation.

Nevins Landing continues to reshape the evolving Gowanus skyline.
