Harlem Multi-Family Development Breaks Ground

BCG recently broke ground at 1975 Madison Avenue along with the Davis Companies. The 8-story project is in Central Harlem, New York and will house 97-units along with luxury amenities such as a fitness center, pet spa, rooftop spaces and a meditation courtyard.
